"One of my favorite restaurants in Italy. Get the sepia! You will not regret it! Giuseppe explained the entire menu to us in English. The whole staff came out of the way to make us feel welcome. The chef himself came to see how we were. Fantastic!"

"This little hidden gem is in the town of Fiumefreddo Bruzio… in a small quiet square. This was perfect for our party of 12. Our Italian relatives knew how good it was so brought us here- the LOCALS love it, not just me from America. Did I mention I’m a foodie, Registered Dietitian. Please. Get the potato appetizers, the eggplant meatballs, the shrimp dish. The use of oil to carry flavor and create texture was outstanding, yet nothing was ‘heavy’. My picky son could get plain pasta with pomodoro, we feasted with ordering for the whole table. They speak perfect English. One of the best meals we have had!"

"This was one of the best dining experiences from top to bottom. Giuseppe’s recommendations were all amazing from the wine to the main course (gazpacho, octopus, tuna tartare). Thanks to Francesco and Giuseppe!!"

"My boyfriend and I visited Al Pozzo Antico yesterday, and what a great experience it was. Everything from the service, to the food and the atmosphere, was top-notch. We have rarely been welcomed so warmly. They eagerly share information about the food, wine, and the area, which is a real pleasure. The menu is impressive and the dishes taste fantastic. For starters, we had polpette di melanzane tradizionali. It can be highly recommended. We wanted something that was actually not on the menu. They managed to accommodate this as well. The local wine was the best we have had in Italy so far. A 10/10 experience."
